Natural Oak Bokken

This wooden weapon has been used for centuries as a tool to help train students in safety. A replica for samurai sword training. This 40 inch long bokken includes hand guard and rubber stop. A very dense and hard red oak. Weighs over 1 1/2 pounds. Made of red oak.

To help create a hard and strong sword these bokkens are are manufactured with three separate drying stages to evaporate the moisture from the wood. This helps condense the wood to a strong, hard material.
